Return Policy

We offer refunds or service revisions within the first 10 days from the date of your service purchase. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be eligible for any refund, revision, or exchange of services.

To be eligible for a refund or service revision: (i) the request must be raised within the specified 10-day period, (ii) the service must not have been fully delivered or completed, and (iii) you must provide valid reasons or evidence showing that the service delivered was not as agreed or did not meet the expected standards. Services purchased under any promotional offer or discount may not be eligible for refunds or revisions.

You agree that certain categories of services may be non-refundable. Such services will be clearly communicated to you at the time of purchase.

For any approved refund or revision request, once your request is received and reviewed by our team, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your request. If your request is approved after evaluation, the refund or service correction will be processed in accordance with our policies.
