Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges will be applicable as follows:

  1. Please submit your cancellation request at least 15 days before the journey; a minimum cancellation charge of ₹1000 will apply.
  2. 10% of total tour cost (plus ₹1000/- charges) if canceled 15 days before the journey
  3. 25% of total tour cost (plus ₹1000/- charges) if canceled between 7 days and 2 days before arrival
  4. 50% of total tour cost (plus ₹1000/- charges) if canceled between 2 days and 8 hours before arrival
  5. 100% of total tour cost if canceled within 8 hours of arrival or on arrival

Included/Excluded

  • Accommodation in hotel on twin sharing basis with breakfast only
  • Air-conditioned vehicle with driver from pickup to drop
  • Morning boat ride on the Ganges River in Varanasi with an exclusive motor boat
  • Entrance ticket for Kashi Vishwanath Temple only
  • Flexibility to include additional services or visits as per guest requirements (at extra cost)
  • Local guides at the places mentioned in the program
  • Expenses of personal nature such as laundry, liquor, beverages, etc.
  • Entrance fees at places not mentioned in the program
  • Any meals not specified in the itinerary
  • Tips for guide, driver, or boatman

Tour Plan

Day 01 Arrival in Varanasi & Evening Ganga Aarti
  • Arrival at Varanasi Airport / Railway Station
  • Meet & greet by our representative
  • Transfer to hotel and check-in
  • Rest of the day for leisure and local sightseeing
  • In the evening, witness the famous Ganga Aarti with a local guide

About Varanasi:
Varanasi (also known as Kashi) is one of the oldest living cities in the world. It is situated on the western bank of the River Ganga and is considered a sacred place in Hinduism. It is believed that attaining death and cremation in Varanasi leads to Moksha (salvation). The city is also known as the City of Learning and Spirituality.

The Ganga River is considered the most sacred river in Hindu religion. In Varanasi, it flows in a rare northward direction (Uttarvahini), which is considered highly auspicious.

Day 02 Varanasi Temple Tour & Boat Ride
  • After breakfast, proceed for a full-day temple tour
  • Visit major temples:
    • Kashi Vishwanath Temple (one of the 12 Jyotirlingas with a newly built corridor)
    • Sankat Mochan Temple (dedicated to Lord Hanuman)
    • Kaal Bhairav Temple (protector of Kashi)
    • Durga Temple
  • Enjoy a boat ride on the River Ganga (morning or evening) with a local guide

  • Sankat Mochan Temple is associated with Goswami Tulsidas and Lord Hanuman

Day 03 Varanasi → Vindhyachal → Prayagraj
  • Early morning breakfast and departure for Vindhyachal Mata Temple (approx. 65 km / 2 hrs)
  • Visit:
    • Vindhyachal Mata Temple (one of the 52 Shakti Peeths)
  • Continue to Prayagraj (approx. 90 km / 3 hrs)
  • On arrival, visit:
    • Triveni Sangam (confluence of Ganga, Yamuna & Saraswati)
    • Lete Hanuman Temple (unique reclining Hanuman idol)

  • Prayagraj is known for hosting the world-famous Kumbh Mela

Day 04 Prayagraj → Ayodhya Sightseeing
  • After breakfast, drive to Ayodhya (approx. 175 km / 4–5 hrs)
  • Upon arrival, visit:
    • Shree Ram Janmabhoomi Temple
    • Hanuman Garhi Temple
    • Saryu River & Evening Aarti

About Ayodhya:
Ayodhya is the birthplace of Lord Rama, the hero of the Hindu epic Ramayana. The newly constructed Ram Temple is a major spiritual and cultural landmark.

Hanuman Garhi Temple:
An ancient temple where Lord Hanuman is believed to have guarded the city of Ayodhya.

Day 05 Ayodhya → Naimisharanya → Lucknow
  • After breakfast, proceed to Naimisharanya (approx. 225 km / 5 hrs)
  • Visit:
    • Chakra Tirth (sacred holy pond)
    • Lalita Devi Temple
    • Vishnu Temple

About Naimisharanya:
This sacred site is associated with Ved Vyasa, who is believed to have composed the Mahabharata here. It is located on the banks of the Gomti River and is a significant pilgrimage destination.

  • After sightseeing, return to Lucknow

Day 06 Departure from Lucknow
  • After breakfast, check out from hotel
